Should any issues arise that we can’t fix remotely, our Bright Care service team will be dispatched for on-site support.

  • We’ll proactively monitor your technology system and troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.

  • Support tickets are monitored 24/7 and we can access your system remotely to repair most disruptions, without the need for a service call.

  • In the unlikely event that onsite repair must be scheduled, our Premier and Enhanced members will receive a preferred member rate for service. On-site scheduling is triaged with priority service starting at Tier 1

  • Our Premier member benefit from a semi-annual onsite system check to ensure everything is in working order. Perfect for returning from vacation or a winter home!

  • We will make sure your technology software is up to date with remote management

  • Coordinating with internet service providers, especially when they experience outages, can be a pain. Let us handle it for you!

  • Let us be in charge of finding relevant surveillance footage and coordinating with local authorities on your behalf
