Geoff and his team were excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable, worked within the budget I gave him, very friendly and professional. They set up my home theatre system, left the room spotless when the work was completed and then took the extra time to walk me through how to use the entire system. If you want a new home theatre system this is the company to hire! Geoff also re-wired the sound and TV system at Valley Ridge Golf Club and I am extremely happy with the end result, we used to have a mess of cables and wires showing everywhere and now it is very clean and much more professional looking. I contacted Geoff Gay at Bright Home Systems regarding my home Ethernet System which had no been working after our switch over to the Shaw Blue Wave system. Geoff stopped by the day I called to scope out the problem....he was doing a home system install in the neighbourhood. After quickly assessing the problem, Geoff was able to do a fix and had my Ethernet System back up and running in 10 minutes. And to my surprise, he wd not take payment for the service call. Geoff and Bright Home Systems are at the top of my list to call if I need to upgrade any of my smart home features or update my home theatre. Geoff is a great guy.
