When our esteemed repeat clients approached us about collaborating on a custom-home new build, we were thrilled to work with them again.

In this project, we embarked on a journey of innovation, designing a complete automation system from scratch that boasts several luxurious media room setups. Our groundbreaking solution overcame the challenge of integrating a 7.1 surround sound media set-up in the main living space due to floor joist placement. We installed hidden ceiling speakers and in-wall subwoofers that can be concealed with drywall and paint, maintaining the clean aesthetic our clients desired. These innovative solutions are sure to pique the interest of technology enthusiasts.

To preserve the home's streamlined and clean aesthetic, we utilized the minimalistic look that Palladiom shades provide while adding a touch of grandeur to the project. We installed motorized shades throughout the house and ensured that complete customization thoughtfully enhanced each space's interior design. This included a dual motorized drapery track in the primary bedroom for a set of sheer and blackout curtains in the client’s desired fabric. 

This Mount Royal home boasts a robust security system designed to protect and ensure the home’s privacy and security needs. Beyond the basic needs of an automated security system, this home features an active guard-monitored service and an intricate leak detection system that automatically detects and shuts off the water service in the case of burst pipes or appliance leaks.
