Available remotely 24/7, our Bright Care service team is there to ensure your tech is working smoothly while providing additional peace of mind knowing you can contact us anytime, day or night, to resolve your issues quicker.

Certified Techs

  • We’ll proactively monitor your technology system and troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.

  • Upon hearing from you, your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without a service call

  • In the unlikely event that onsite repair must be scheduled, our Premier and Enhanced members will receive a preferred member rate for service. On-site scheduling is triaged with priority service starting at Tier 1

  • Our Premier member benefit from a semi-annual onsite system check to ensure everything is in working order. Perfect for returning from vacation or a winter home!

  • We will make sure your technology software is up to date with remote management

  • Coordinating with internet service providers, especially when they experience outages, can be a pain. Let us handle it for you!

  • Let us be in charge of finding relevant surveillance footage and coordinating with local authorities on your behalf
