Our collaboration with the interior design team was a pivotal part of the Crestview project.
Each room was adorned with unique design elements, a testament to the team's creativity and our shared commitment to technological innovation. A few of these customizations included custom speaker grill paint in each room to match the wallpapered ceiling and accentuating artwork with Ketra lighting.
This Crestview project boasts a spacious entertaining area on the main floor. A key highlight was the creation of different entertainment ‘scenes’ tailored to our client's preferences. We harnessed the power of the home automation system to trigger events based on unique, entertaining requirements, such as personalized playlists and colour combinations with Ketra lighting, making their vision a reality.
As a testament to our commitment to technological innovation, we incorporated the advanced Josh.AI system into the home automation controls. This cutting-edge system revolutionizes voice control throughout the home, a feature that we are confident will significantly enhance the overall user experience.

We utilized our selection of luxury keypads and chose matching handcrafted gold-plated, personalized Alisse keypads to enhance the interior design selections in the primary bedroom. The process involved careful consideration of the room's aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the keypads blend seamlessly with the room's design while providing easy access to the home automation system. The home also featured Lutron motorized drapery tracks, which were installed and optimized to function seamlessly with the rest of the automation, providing the users with convenient control over their privacy and natural light.
